Contest rules:

1. The theme of the photography and video competition is 'healthy lifestyle choices from everyday life.'
2. Photographs and video entries may be shared in a .jpeg or .gif or .png or .mov format. Duration of videos may be up to 5 minutes and Youtube links of the same may be emailed after upload. Please note that the file size (attachment) must be supported by your email service provider.
3. All citizens of India are eligible to submit entries to the 'Health TopShot' competition.
4. All contestants must provide Name, Postal Address, Email Address, Phone Number and one passport size Photograph.
5. A single contestant may submit up to three entries. For each submission, the entrant must acknowledge in the email that the image/video sent is an original work and has not previously been submitted to any other competition.
6. Contest winners will be announced and all entries will be featured on the Healthy India website. The top five contestants will win a Healthy Gift Hamper and receive a Certificate of Felicitation. Ten consolation prizes will also be given.
7. The last date of receiving contest entries is April 16, 2012.
