              Eat different colored fruits and vegetables to stay healthy and fit!

              It’s important to get a colorful variety of fruits and vegetables into your diet every day! Colorful fruits and vegetables provide the wide range of vitamins, minerals, and phytochemicals your body needs to maintain good health and energy levels and prevent disease. They reduce the effect of aging, making you look younger and also prevent many diseases for example, cancer, high blood pressure, heart disease etc. The high potassium content in fruits & vegetables has protective effect on blood pressure, reduces the risk of developing kidney stones and may help to decrease bone loss.

              Fruits are irreplaceable by any other food items. They contain the magic and unique combinations of micro and macronutrients and anti-oxidants and many other ingredients that we are yet to discover!

              Variety is as important as quantity

              All colors in nature are important. It is important to eat all colors of fruits and vegetables.

              Red and orange: Rich in antioxidants such as vitamin C, vitamin B complex, carotenoids and bioflavonoids, phytochemicals that health- are promoting. Rich in vitamin B complex and carotene they enhance the immune system, improve eyesight and skin health. The unique combination of fibre, vitamins and other micronutrients and antioxidants provide them the unique power to prevent a whole host of diseases. Every day, you must include fresh orange and yellow fruits and vegetables in your diet

              Fruits: Apples, oranges, kinos strawberries, cherries, tangerine, papaya, pomegranates, water melon, raspberries, cranberries, plums, zizyphus(ber), tomatoes, loquat, bael fruit, litchi, passion fruit, red guavas.

              Vegetables: Carrot, beetroot, turnip, tomatoes, red peppers, sweet potato, red radish .
